Successful applicants will be sent

An offer of place.

A Conditions of Acceptance form to be filled in and signed by the parent(s) or caregiver of the student (not by the agent).

A Homestay Contract form which must also be signed by the parent(s) or caregiver or a Designated Caregiver form if the student is to stay with a relative or close friend of the family.

A fees invoice.
Once the completed Conditions of Acceptance and Homestay forms have been returned and fees have been received by the college the student will be guaranteed a place for the school year. This will be confirmed by an official letter accompanied by the fees receipt. In China and Vietnam fees are not sent to the school until visa approval in principle is granted by the New Zealand Immigration Service.
Please read carefully the following statement of the school’s entry criteria

Entry criteria: Between 13 and 19 years of age

English level: The student should have a level of English appropriate to the year level at which she wishes to enter the school. Students with an Advanced Beginner’s level can be accepted at Junior levels. Students wishing to enter Senior classes and to study for National Qualifications should have a level of English which is at least Pre- Intermediate or Intermediate.

Attendance and motivation: The student must show evidence of a good record of attendance at her current school. She must be well motivated with a desire to learn and to succeed.
Conditions of Acceptance
The student’s parents must be willing to sign the Conditions of Acceptance and Homestay Contract(where relevant) forms and the student must be willing to abide by school rules. Non attendance and non-fulfillment of course requirements can result in suspension or termination of a student’s visa.
Change of Status
The college must be informed at the time of application for a place whether there is an intention to apply for Permanent Residency status during the period of the student’s course at the college.
