Gov General Honours Choir

Event Name Gov General Honours Choir
Start Date 3rd Apr 2009
End Date
Duration N/A
Description

The Small Choir, conducted by old girl Alex Hay, have been given a carved, wooden shield as a show of appreciation from the Governor General.

It is in recognition and thanks of the work they did performing at ceremonies there last year.  Anand Satyanand is very fond of the choir and regularly requests their presence.  This is a school tradition going back years, due to the high standard of our choirs and our proximity to Government House.
