| Description | Scholarship results are out now and WEGC has more than doubled the number of scholarships it in the 2008 exams. In total there were 28 scholarships awarded. Three students managed to get scholarship in three separate subjects: Maddy Cormack, Elsie Jolliffe and Julia Wells (with one at outstanding level). These students will be eligable for a Scholarship Award of $2,000 each year for up to three years of study. Congratulations to those successful students! Parents and caregivers are invited to come with their Year 9s and famililes to have afternoon tea after school. There will be opportunities to meet teachers informally and see some classrooms.

A special assembly and morning tea for prefects and their parents or caregivers
5th Apr 2012 : Final day of Term 1
