Students got treats in the library as they played with poetry.  Anyone who had learnt the verse from 'The Owl and the Pussycat' that had featured in the notices all week and recited it to a librarian got a treat, people who rearranged lines of poetry into the correct order got a treat and others wrote their own short poems at the writing desk.

Our very own teacher-librarian, Saradha Koirala, had her poem featured in the Dominion Post on Thursday this week as the poem of the day.
