Tie-Tying

Event Name Tie-Tying
Start Date 6th May 2009
End Date
Duration N/A
Description

954 came up with a quick and easy challenge to try out.

They proposed a race between them and 953 in a tie-tying competition.  Their form captain, Sina, took on Freya Milner of 953 who won in a record time of 13 seconds.

Try it out against your neighbours or buddy-classes within your year group!  You may want to have a competition within your class to find your top representative.

The rules

  • you take your tie completely off, and hold it by one hand in front of you (untied).
  • you may have your collar up before you start the challenge
  • contestants must tie up their tie, in a race, with their eyes closed
  • the winner is the first one finished (tie tied, collar down, hands above head - the length of the ties does not matter)
